Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Time Frame: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included. We cannot accept worn, damaged, or altered items for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Personalized or custom footwear designs are also non-returnable.

Return Process

Exchanges

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will process it as a return instead.

Refunds
